A dotey tiny library has appeared in Ballinlough’s Community Garden

The best things come in small packages
Cork city bookworms are in for a treat as a teeny, tiny library has sprung up in Ballinlough.
Little Free Library is a nonprofit organisation based in the US, whose mission is to be a catalyst for building community, inspiring readers, and expanding book access.
This is all done through a global network of volunteer-led book exchange boxes, with a vision to have a Little Free Library in every community and a book for every reader.
The Ballinlough library box is thought to be the first one for Cork City.

Deaf Enterprises, Ireland’s only dedicated employer of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community, is the team behind the super cute bright red Ballinlough library box.
This book lover’s dream is conveniently located in the area’s Community Garden, right by the Gus Healy Swimming Pool.
It’s already full of literary gems, is open seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and is freely accessible to all.
