Every day feels like Groundhog Day right now.
But if you’re looking for a way to set yourself up with some positive vibes for the tasks ahead, one Cork yoga instructor has just the thing.
Mary Kelly of Mary Kelly Yoga is hosting a free, guided 15-minute online Morning Meditation and Movement session via Instagram Live and everyone’s welcome to join in.
The sessions happen three mornings a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) from 8am-8.15am and they’ll continue until the end of January.
“My intention is to provide a short session to help everyone start their day off on the right foot,” said Mary.

“Not only will this be suitable to all ages and abilities but it can also be done from the comfort of your own bed. We will begin each session with a short simple meditation and from there get the whole body moving through some gentle stretches and mobility exercises.”
A class we can do from bed? Count us in.
“You have nothing to lose, but so much to gain from committing yourself to these sessions. All you need do is show up and I’ll do the rest.” Mary added.
