A Cork vintage destination just opened the prettiest coffee shop and market

It’s impossible not to stop.
On a bend in the road halfway between Rosscarbery and Leap village in West Cork is a little place called Connonagh and a former creamery-turned-vintage shop called RH Vintage Interiors.
The warehouse of treasures has long been a must-visit for passing vintage fans, but now there’s another attraction that’s luring in passers-by – one of the cutest little coffee shops and markets in the country.

With coffee by Lavazzo, the café and shop is now open and will be run by James and Julie Bell, formerly of Market House restaurant in Rosscarbery in partnership with Rita and Ian Holding, who have been operating RH Vintage since 2017.

After 40 years in the restaurant business, the Bells were ready for a new adventure and wanted to try something different. Not only will they run the shop, they are also growing the vegetables and fresh cut flowers themselves.
Customers can expect the shop to be bursting with fresh produce this summer.
“To start with it will be 11.30am to 4.30pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Then we will extend the days in May and June onwards.” said Rita.
RH Vintage is open 11am-5pm from Wednesday to Sunday.
