A Cork hotel guest just left the most incredible gift under the Christmas tree
Here’s something to warm your heart on a dull winter’s day.
A guest at the Cork International Hotel left a very generous gift under the Saint Vincent de Paul Giving tree in their lobby today.
One lucky child in need will have a Santa delivery of a brand new bike, thanks to a mystery donor intent on bringing back the magic of Christmas.

The Giving Tree allows visitors to leave a special gift for children in need by taking a tag from the Christmas tree and leaving it with their gift at the hotel’s reception.
“This morning we got an amazing surprise when a guest arrived with a beautiful bike for a 12-year-old boy in Cork.” says Carmel Lonergan, General Manager of The Cork International Hotel.
“Every child deserves to have a surprise on Christmas morning and we are thrilled to have been working with St Vincent De Paul for the last number of years to help make that possible.”
Saint Vincent de Paul will ensure the smart blue bike finds the perfect owner before December 25th.
