A Cork coffee shop just launched its own all-natural coffee ice cream

It’s the ideal afternoon pick-me-up.
If you have a craving for coffee but it feels too humid for your usual brew, one popular coffee shop has the perfect answer.
Stone Valley Coffee Roasters in Clonakilty have just unveiled a coffee flavour ice cream, now available to pick up from the freezer in-store.
The ice cream was created as part of a collaboration with Zoe Newenham’s Coolmore Farmhouse, a new company that makes natural ice cream using milk from happy cows raised on the family farm in Cork, using no artificial colours, flavours or emulsifiers.
As well as Stone Valley’s delicious Clon-roasted coffee, Coolmore Farmhouse uses chocolate from Koko Kinsale, strawberries from Bushby’s, eggs from Valley View Farm and honey from Coolmore Bees.

“So excited to announce our most recent collab!” the Stone Valley crew posted.
“Zoe at Coolmore Farmhouse makes the most amazing ice cream we’ve ever tasted! The best of local ingredients and made the right way. We’re especially excited to have our beans as the base for the coffee flavour!
“We also have vanilla, vanilla hazelnut, chocolate and stout and (my fave) honeycomb.”
All these flavours are now available in the Clonakilty café and you can expect to see Coolmore Farmhouse ice cream popping up in a shop near you soon.
