One of the city’s busiest sushi spots, Dashi Deli Sushi & Noodle Bar is now dishing out its sensational sushi with a side of vino.
Located on Cook Street, Dashi has long been a favourite for its mouth-watering sushi creations. They’ve recently decided to elevate the dining experience to a whole new level by offering a fabulous selection of wines by the glass, and by the bottle.

The sushi bar has partnered with Cork-based wine merchants, Bubble Brothers, to curate a collection of wines that perfectly complement their sushi and noodle dishes.
The menu features a crisp and zesty sauvignon blanc, a rich and velvety merlot, as well as some lovely white and red Riojas.
It’s a match made in foodie heaven.
