A city bar is launching an ‘Afternoon Par-Tea’ and we are fully on board

They had us at ‘stuffed Yorkshire puddings’.
Glam Grand Parade bar and restaurant Seventy Seven is about to launch a brand new afternoon tea… and the menu is the weekend feast of dreams.
Available to book on Sundays at Seventy Seven from this weekend on, the €25 Afternoon Par-Tea is described as iconic tea time with a twist:
“We bring to you an afternoon of delicious dainty dining with our sweet and savoury tiered ensemble,” they told us,

“You’re invited to enjoy a delicate array of scrumptious favourites including stuffed Yorkshire puddings, delicious duck wraps, spicy prawns, roasties, an entire tier of charcuterie, and then make the most of the heavenly home-made Crème Bruleé’s, flourless chocolate cake topped with handcrafted honeycomb, chantilly cream tartlets and melt-in-your-mouth macaroons.”
Sounds divine.
As if that wasn’t enough fun, you can also make it a “MarTEAni” and choose two of Seventy Seven’s signature cocktails to go along with your meal for €48.
Afternoon Par-Tea will be served at Seventy Seven on Sundays from 12pm to 4pm. Email info@seventyseven.ie to book.
