Stop what you are doing, because we’ve just found the absolute peak Irish summer experience.

Down in Garryvoe, The Coastal Cabin are dropping an event for the calendar that is pure, unadulterated vibes: a wood-fired sauna session set against a 96% solar eclipse right on the shoreline.

You, a steaming hot sauna, the open ocean, and the sun casually disappearing behind the moon (cloud cover permitting) while you sweat out the weekend’s bad decisions.

On Wednesday, August 12th, as the sky turns into a cosmic dramatic spectacle, you can be sitting in front of panoramic sea views wrapped in heat, listening to proper good tunes, and soaking up what promises to be an absolute mood of an evening.

The slots on the day are 6pm to 7pm or 7pm to 8pm.

Whether you’re a seasoned sauna lover who insists on a cold plunge every Sunday morning or just someone who wants to tell people they watched a solar eclipse while sweating in their togs, this is an absolute must-do.

Because this is a super rare cosmic event (and let’s be real, capacity in a seaside sauna isn’t infinite), spaces are strictly limited. Hit @thecoastalcabin DMs on Instagram to lock down your spot before they’re gone.
