Stretch, unwind and support a good cause at this Cork charity yoga class

Looking for a way to recharge this summer while giving back to the community?
A charity yoga class taking place in Cork this weekend is offering the perfect opportunity to do both.
On Saturday, August 1st, Amal le Chéile Community Sponsorship Group is hosting a special Charity Yoga Class at the Quaker Meeting House, Summerhill South, with every euro raised going towards helping an Afghan refugee family settle into life in Cork.
The class runs from 1.30pm to 2.30pm, with tickets priced at €10 plus a booking fee.
Organisers are encouraging yogis of all abilities to come along, stretch out and support an important local cause. Participants just need to remember one thing: bring your own yoga mat, as mats won’t be provided.

The class is open to adults aged 18 and over, and anyone who would like to contribute even more will also have the option of making an additional donation to the group’s fundraising campaign.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or simply looking for a mindful way to spend your Saturday afternoon, it’s a chance to move your body while helping a family build a new life in Cork.
Tickets are available online now.
