Run! 500 tickets for the new (weatherproof) VQ Shared Table drop this morning

It’s always a sell-out success — and 2026 is set to be no different.
Demand for tickets for the much-loved VQ Shared Table dinner on MacCurtain Street is expected to surge this morning, with organisers unveiling a major upgrade that finally takes the weather out of the equation.
Sponsored by Birra Moretti, the event is returning in spectacular style on August 12th — bigger, better and longer than ever — bringing together almost 500 diners (up from 400 last year) for a unique long-table feast celebrating the best of the Victorian Quarter’s thriving food scene.
And this year, there’s no need to keep a nervous eye on the skies.

In a significant boost for the event, organisers have invested in full weatherproofing, with a stretch marquee set to cover the entire dining space. The move ensures the experience can go ahead comfortably, rain or shine — with relocation to the Metropole Hotel now reserved only for cases of extreme weather, as seen last year.
The result? A more seamless, stress-free evening for diners — and even more reason to snap up tickets fast.
Guests can expect a welcome drinks reception featuring Birra Moretti, PepsiCo, and West Cork Whiskey, followed by a four-course sharing menu created by a standout line-up of local venues including The Glass Curtain, The Metropole, Greene’s, Paladar, The Dean, Isaacs Restaurant, The Address, Da Mirco, Thompsons, and The Shelbourne Bar.
Wines will be curated by MacCurtain Wine Cellar, ensuring an al fresco party you’ll remember for years to come.
Want in? Be quick about it; tickets are €155 plus booking fee.
