‘Spicy bites and naughty plates’: The Love Club is the Valentine’s pop-up to book now
February 14th is looming.
But if your idea of romance involves candles, a three-course prix fixe and gazing at each other over polite jazz, look away now.
For everyone who wants their Valentine’s night with a bit of heat, attitude and a decent cocktail, there’s a new option firmly on the table.
Tiger Balm Club has teamed up with AYE on Anglesea Street, Cork City to present The Love Club, landing on February 14th and pitched as less “date night” and more “shared experience you’ll still be talking about next week”.

Expect spicy bites and “naughty plates” designed for sharing, feeding each other and generally abandoning any lingering notions of table manners. There’ll be killer cocktails shaking things up, serious craic on the go, and a dance floor waiting for when dinner turns into something louder and looser.
There are two sittings, at 6pm and 8.30pm, with tickets priced at €65 per person for five shared courses. If you’re going all in, there’s an optional €35 set cocktail menu to keep things flowing. Early booking is strongly advised.
