The Metropole Hotel is throwing a New Year’s Eve Gala in its swish new ballroom
Feel like seeing out the year on a fancy note?
The Metropole Hotel is inviting us all to ring in 2026 at a black tie gala ball in the hotel’s newly renovated ballroom.
The hotel, which is located on MacCurtain Street in Cork city centre, underwent a major refurbishment of its ground floor and ballrooms this year.
The main ballroom will host the New Year’s Eve Gala Ball which will begin with a drinks reception followed by a decadent four-course dinner curated by a team of the hotel’s chefs using local and seasonal produce.
Guests will then enjoy live music with a full band and DJ providing entertainment into the early hours. There will also be a countdown at midnight to ring in 2026 in style.
Tickets for the event cost €85 per person and can be purchased through the hotel’s Events Team.
