Get there early if you love a bargain.
JYSK, the Danish furniture retailer, has an extra special treat in store when they open the doors to their fifth Cork store in Mahon Point Retail Park at 9am today, Thursday, December 11th.
The early bird gets the goodies on the day, with a €300 voucher for the first 30 shoppers and up to 80% off select products.
JYSK (pronounced YOOSK) has just hit a big milestone — the opening of its 30th store in Ireland. And lucky for us, the newest one has landed right here at Mahon Point.
The new store brings all the brand’s signature Scandinavian-style furniture and home essentials to Cork. Think everything from living-room pieces and clever storage solutions to garden bits and bedroom favourites. If you’re into clean, simple, good-quality design, you’ll feel right at home.

JYSK is also big on sleep — like, really big. They’re known worldwide for their sleep expertise, with a huge range of mattresses, duvets, pillows and bed frames designed with that classic Scandinavian focus on comfort and calm. So whether you’re kitting out a whole house or just upgrading your sleep setup, there’s loads to explore.
The Mahon Point Retail Park store, managed by Stanislavs Kosirevs, is expected to contribute to the local economy by creating 10 new jobs.
The store will operate daily from 9am with oodles of special opening-week offers and massive discounts across living, dining, office, and bedroom categories. For further information, visit jysk.ie or join the conversation on Facebook or Instagram.
