It’s whopper sandwiches and Eggs Benny to go at this new English Market spot

Good news.
There’s a delicious new reason to visit Cork’s iconic English Market this week.
On The Hoof — the brand-new sister stall to the much-loved Tom Bradley Pork & Bacon — has officially opened its doors, bringing hearty breakfasts, satisfying lunches, and freshly prepared ready meals to hungry market-goers.
“We have called it On The Hoof to reflect the “eat on the go” style.” owner Tom Bradley told us.
“All our meats and most of all of our ingredients are sourced within the Market, mainly from my existing stall, which specialises in hand cut fresh pork and bacon, and our famous barbecue baby back ribs.

“All of these products are cooked on the new stall and included in the all day breakfast and lunch menus. We also source much of our other ingredients from our fellow traders in the market.”
The opening menu features plenty of crowd-pleasers, and more dishes will be added in the coming weeks as the team settles in.
“Had a gorgeous lunch there today – crispy bacon, crunchy lettuce, sliced tomatoes, good quality warm bread and a dollop mayo, the best BLT in town.” said one happy customer.
So if you’re in town and fancy something fresh, local, and full of flavour, make your way to On The Hoof for a market meal on the move.
