This is the Cork City spot to hit for an authentic gluten-free filled pizza
Finding good gluten-free pizza is no easy feat.
But fear not, fellow food adventurers (and those with a legitimate intolerance) if you’re tired of the culinary compromise, one Cork City spot is the holy grail.
Warriors of the wheat-free world are raving about the new menu at SonFlour on Castle Street.
“Say CIAO to our brand-new filled pizza, now available with homemade gluten-free flatbread dough!” they announced on Instagram.
The pizza is stuffed with fried aubergine, Songino lettuce, melted cheddar (or vegan cheeze), chilli flakes, balsamic glaze, spring onions, homemade vegan sour cream, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with Maldon sea salt.

“It’s bold, it’s fresh, and it’s everything you didn’t know you needed in a pizza.” they added.
Starting this week, their beloved pizza “Summer on a Solitary Beach” will also be available in the new gluten-free version.
