Badger and Dodo is hosting a free Coffee Cupping evening in Bakestone café on Perry Street in Cork City Centre on Thursday, July 17th.

Kicking off at 6.30pm, the experts will guide participants through the process in which coffee is evaluated.

Founded by Australian Brock “Badger” Lewin, Badger & Dodo has been selling excellent coffee in Cork since 2008.

“This process helps roasters, buyers and baristas assess quality and consistency across different coffee samples.” they explain.

“The novice, pro and everyone in between are welcome for an open night of learning and connecting.” they added.
