3 really gorgeous Cork classes and workshops for anyone who LOVES flowers

Alright, Cork flower fanatics.
If your heart beats for blooms and you dream in petals, then you’re going to love these three absolutely gorgeous classes and workshops happening right here in Cork.
Flower crafting, or floristry, offers a surprising number of mental health benefits, making it much more than just a pretty hobby.
The act of arranging flowers is inherently meditative. Focusing on colours, textures, and shapes, and the repetitive movements of cutting and placing, can act as a natural distraction from worries, calming the mind and lowering stress hormones like cortisol.
Get ready to unleash your inner florist:
A Dahlia Plant Pop-Up at Interiosity
Dahlias are those amazing flowers that come in just about every shape, size, and wild colour combo you can imagine – basically, they’re the supermodels of the summer garden.

“Join us for a morning surrounded by blooms, beauty, and brilliant company.” they announced.
The event begins at 10am on June 28th at Interiosity, St. Patrick’s Woollen Mills, Douglas.
