There’s a weekly summer market at this cheerful Cork rescue farm (and it’s dog-friendly)

Gather the kids, bring the dog.
Everyone’s welcome at the weekly Summer Markets, running every Friday throughout the season at the Ballinadee Bus rescue farm, located between Bandon and Kinsale.
The family-run venue is gearing up for a busy summer, with the first market this Friday, June 13th from 10am to 2pm
“We are so thrilled that our Friday markets are back!” the team announced on Instagram.
“We have a lovely range of stalls to choose from this year including photography, vintage clothing, flowers and plants, crochet and knitting, pottery and crafts, handmade wreaths and much more.
“We love the atmosphere on market day it’s so positive and fun! It’s a lovely way to support local crafts people and make some new friends. Everyone is welcome even our furry four-legged friends.”
If you can’t make the market, the Ballinadee coffee dock is open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am until 5pm including bank holidays. They also run a Tea & Tots meet-up every Wednesday – a great opportunity for little ones to make friends and for parents to enjoy a coffee and relax from 2pm until 5pm.

If you’d like to stay at the farm a little longer, both of their beautiful double-decker buses are available for sleepovers (there’s even a jacuzzi) and this year they’ve opened a dedicated car park for visitors in camper vans and motorhomes.
