Honestly, Filter’s new spring coffee menu will get you through the week

Get up. Get dressed.
By car, by bus or on foot, make your way to George’s Quay where Filter Espresso and Brew Bar is brewing up all manner of caffeinated goodies to power you through the start of the week.
Available on counter at the Cork City Centre café now, you can get your hands on an Iced Gold, a turmeric iced latte. Turmeric is rich in antioxidants, which help neutralise harmful free radicals and protect cells from damage. It’s coffee with benefits.
You can also try an Earl Green, a salted Earl Grey iced matcha. FYI: Matcha contains L-theanine, an amino acid that promotes relaxation and reduces stress. When combined with the natural caffeine in matcha, it can improve focus, alertness, and memory.
For something a bit more punchy, try the Red Razzle, a sour raspberry mocha.

Save the Nutty Sunset, a blend of peanut butter and banana in a comforting latte, for later in the week when you need an energy kick.
If it’s an old school hit you’re after, try the 3fe Burundi Natural Bourbon from Micosta.
Grown by local small holders and milled by Ikawa Nziza, this coffee packs a lot of sweet fruits in the cup, “with a jammy mouth feel and a long pleasant finish”. Two of those, please.
See you in the queue.
