People are saying this is the most beautiful Easter egg they’ve ever seen

“Stromboli from a rough sea at sunset.”
That’s the painterly description of an enormous decorative Easter egg now on display in the Koko artisan chocolate shop in Kinsale.
The Pier Road boutique chocolatier Frank Keane hand-painted the mouthwatering creation, inspired by a volvanic island off the coast of Sicily, in edible colours, using a variety of flavours in the process.
It weighs a whopping 4kg (that’s nearly 8lbs).
“It’s beautiful!!! When’s your first exhibition? Exhibition Eggs? Edible artworks?” asked one fan in the comments.
“Outstandingly beautiful, well done, Frank. I also bet it tastes amazing.” added another.

The chocolate and coffee shop has also created a stunning Easter egg filled with chilli caramel as well as their every-popular caramelised hazelnut milk chocolate version – all available to order from their online store.
“This egg is mostly milk chocolate,” they explained in an Instagram post.
“There’s some white and dark to amplify colours. Only two weeks left to get your Easter eggs online… this egg sadly doesn’t post well,” they added.
