If you’d like to spend the summer working within view of the gorgeous pier in Crookhaven, one of the village’s busiest venues is on the lookout for new staff.

“Ahhh as we approach St. Patrick’s Day, it means we must start hiring for the new season.” the O’Sullivan’s Bar crew posted on Facebook.

“So we are looking for shop staff, bar staff, wait staff and kitchen staff. Two pivotal roles include Nottage’s Restaurant Assistant Chef, and Chef for Nottage’s Bar.

“We have a lot of training, and just ask that you are friendly and accurate! That’s the entry-level, and that you are available for at least July and August.”

O’Sullivan’s Bar has been run by four generations of O’Sullivan since 1933 with Dermot O’Sullivan and his wife Linda now at the helm alongside their daughters Katie and Alex.
