Cork people are fully obsessed with these outrageously good vegan hash browns

We can’t get enough of them on Leeside.
Marina Market ‘big dirty vegan’ stall The Saucy Cow is experiencing an unprecedented demand for one of its star dishes after a video of the meat-free treat went viral.
The Saucy Cow’s hash browns (€9.50) are tossed in a house-made salt and chili seasoning, with four tasty triangles in the box.
Each delicious serving is topped with chilli crisp, sriracha mayo, and fresh spring onions.
Oddly, the restaurant’s Dublin HQ doesn’t sell nearly as many hash browns as the Cork spot.
“Can someone in Cork tell us why our sales of Hash browns are 800% higher here than in our Dublin location?” the Saucy Cow crew asked their Instagram followers.

“I’m in Waterford and would walk to Cork for these magnificent specimens.” said one fan.
“I only go to the Marina Market for those hash browns. Your burger is sublime – the best vegan burger I’ve ever had – but it takes a second to those hash browns.” added another hashbrown addict.
