FYI: A new weekend coffee spot is now open in Ballincollig’s Regional Park

*Will exercise for coffee*
If, like us, you need more than endorphins to tempt you out of bed and into the windy wilderness of a weekend morning, there’s another great reason to grab your runners and hit Ballincollig’s lovely Regional Park.
Perked Up Coffee has opened a cute coffee cabin at the GAA Club side of the sprawling park and it’s open every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.

Drop by for enormous cookies, custard tarts, Applebees and Lemon Door cakes, and all manner of brownie as well as a tasty americano or a naughty mocha to help you power through your rainy dog walk.
They also do a mean salted caramel or After Eight hot chocolate and Leahy’s Farm ice cream for the kiddos.
This is PerkedUp’s second Cork location. Owner Aoife Buckley Barry runs another busy coffee counter in Farran Woods so you know you’re in good hands if you venture off the beaten track for your next walkies.
