One of our favourite Kinsale dinner spots is reopening (and you can snag a booking now)

The sneak peek kimchi looks unreal.
Little Kinsale gem Saint Francis Provisions is dusting off the aprons and reopening on February 2nd.
After a brief hiatus in January, the Michelin Bib Gourmand spot is back with 13 tables inside and an outdoor heated terrace that’s the perfect people-watching spot.
Saint Francis Provisions has already given a sneak peek of what to expect, posting on social media that their kimchi has been “fermenting beautifully” over the last few weeks in patient anticipation of its time to shine.
If you’ve had their kimchi pancake with crème fraiche and gorgeous Goatsbridge trout roe you know you’re in for a treat.
