A Cork bar just unveiled the Moksha, a gin cocktail with a CURRY twist

This is actually right up our street.
A Cork bar just unveiled a brand new signature cocktail list… with more than one unique and intriguing addition.
Over on South Main Street, The Liberty’s new selection of ten exciting drinks includes The Moksha, on the list upstairs in Resistance Cocktail Bar, which could be the ideal choice if your tummy is rumbling for a takeaway at the end of the night.
“One of my own personal favourites is The Moksha, made with Maharani Gin, homemade curried coconut syrup and mango purée.” manager and chief mixologist Alexander Gannon told Yay Cork.
“As expected, this one has caused quite a lot of discussion between staff, and the more adventurous customers.”

“Two of the firm favourites are The Flagon, in honour of the venue’s more colour period where the punks and local musicians use to hang out and drink flagons of cider. Cillian Murphy even mentioned in a recent interview, he used to hang out here in the hope of catching a glimpse of his local heroes.”
The Flagon involves Mad March Hare Poitin, Luxardo Apple, lemon juice, apple juice and ginger ale.
“Downstairs we have introduced the Oíche Mhaith with Poitín and Beamish Stout too.”
