Sketch just dropped a new cocktail menu (and there’s even one with CBD)
It’s 5pm somewhere.
And with Met Éireann predicting a balmy 25C in Cork this week, there’s only one thing that could make it all better: cocktails.
The creative cocktail slingers over at Sketch have just unveiled a brand new drinks menu and it’s brimming with fruity infusions and sparkling Champagne combos.
Swit swoo.
This is the botanical cocktail bar’s first summer of love here in Cork city, having opened in late October of last year.
And if you’re clocking off for the day, it’s perfect timing to savour a cool Embrace Your Inner Grace, made with fresh watermelon, Havana Club, passion fruit, lemon, egg white, and CBD oil.
The fruity Pineapple Margarita, Cello Spritz and Rebel Passion are also calling our names.

“Sketch’s Summer Cocktail Collection has launched… and it’s giving all of those immaculate summery vibes,” said the Pembroke Street venue on Instagram.

You can book your table now through their online portal here. Sketch is located on Pembroke Street, inside the Imperial Hotel and is open Monday-Sunday from 5pm.
