This concept is totally speaking to us right now.

Life can be hectic; when you get home after a long day, you want your personal space to be somewhere you can relax and unwind.

IKEA’s latest collection of super affordable furniture and accessories invites us to press the “pause” button, if only for a little while.

According to the press release introducing the new range: ‘Whether to practice some yoga, to tend to a plant or simply to relax amongst beautiful, natural materials, HJÄRTELIG is about taking the time to re-focus and to revitalize ourselves.’

Designed with special attention to the use of beautiful, natural materials that appeal to the senses, these items have a light and peaceful feeling, yet are useful and durable for everyday life at home.

Even if yoga isn’t your bag, the headboards and side tables are Instagram-perfect.

Plus, IKEA now offer delivery to Cork from €69 – a steal if you’d rather not make the journey to Dublin or deal with the shopping bit.
