The new government-backed mortgage scheme will see 1,000 people find a footing on the property ladder this year.
The Rebuilding Ireland Home Loan’ opens in Cork on February 1st, inviting applications from single first-time buyers earning €50,000 or less and couples earning €75,000 or less.
With fixed interest rates of 2-2.25% (lower than any bank’s interest rate) buyers will be able to know exactly what their payments will be for the entire lifetime of a mortgage.
But what exactly is available in Cork within the value limit of €320,000?
