6 Cork coffee spots reopening this week (because we’re gonna need it)

By Yay Cork January 4, 2022January 4, 2022

Make it a double shot.

As the working world grinds back to life after the Christmas holidays today, the good news is that most of Cork’s beloved coffee shops are reopening after a small New Year break.

Let’s face it; most of us are going to need a hefty dose of caffeine to get back into the swing of things during the first week in January, might as well make it an expertly-made mocha, macchiato or cortado.

Here are six great spots reopening this week:

IDAHO

Idaho reopened on Caroline Street this morning, serving hot coffee, great breakfasts, lunches and top-class chat. Just what we need to ease us gently into the New Year.

“Due to the current Covid situation we will be doing outside seating and takeaway only!” the staff said in an Instagram post.
