A West Cork favourite is reopening its gates just in time for Halloween

A popular West Cork garden attraction is reopening its gates just in time for Halloween, with visitors invited to drop by throughout the October bank holiday week.
Glenview Gardens in Enniskeane has had a spooky makeover and will open daily until Saturday, October 31st.
A place where fairytale meets flora and fauna, the gardens offer a whimsical adventure through four glorious acres, all lovingly created over almost two decades by owners David and Mary Tanner.

It’s open all summer and generally closed during the colder months, but the reopening offers a chance for visitors to enjoy the gardens during one of the most colourful times of the year, as Halloween brings a little extra seasonal magic to West Cork.
Kids can explore the fantastical Fairy Fort nestled in a birch mound, and embark on a fairy-house hunt through the whispering woods. And that’s not all.
Keep an eye out for a hobbit hole plus a menagerie of delightful (and slightly unexpected) dinos, monkeys, and tigers scattered throughout the gardens.
