A lovely new sauna and ice bath spot is now open in Cloughduv
The sauna craze isn’t going anywhere for a while.
And this week there’s another new location to add to the mix.
A new sauna and ice bath experience has opened at the Cloughduv GAA Grounds, offering locals a new way to unwind, recharge and enjoy some time for themselves.
The Daily Chill is now welcoming customers for both private and public sessions, with dedicated women-only evenings taking place every Monday from 8pm to 10pm.
The Monday night sessions are designed as a welcoming space for women to relax after a busy day, recharge for the week ahead or simply take some time out.

Bookings can be made here at €15 per shared session.
