Got your Electric Picnic tickets? Hit this Festival Clothes Swap for stuff to wear

Festival season is officially here.
And if you’re still wondering what to wear to Electric Picnic, All Together Now, Forest Fest or Love Is A Stranger, this might just be the answer.
Cork Clothes Swap is teaming up with TEST SITE for a special festival-themed clothes swap on Saturday, July 11th, giving Corkonians the chance to refresh their wardrobe without splashing the cash – or adding to landfill.
Taking place from 11am to 1pm at TEST SITE on Kyrl’s Quay, the event is all about finding your next festival fit the sustainable way.
Cool. How does it work?
The concept is simple: bring along five clean, dry items of clothing or jewellery and swap them for five new-to-you pieces. Whether you’re after sequins, vintage denim, funky accessories or something completely unexpected, there’s every chance you’ll leave with your festival wardrobe sorted.
The organisers said: “We will have Danilo Milk spinning some tunes to bring you the good vibes and energy while you find that perfect preloved fit. We cannot promise the sunshine (yet!), but we will light a candle.”
With festival tickets already stretching plenty of budgets this summer, it’s a handy way to update your wardrobe without buying brand new, and it’s a whole lot kinder to the planet, too.
So if your festival outfit Pinterest board is looking a little more ambitious than your bank account, you know where to be next Saturday.
Tickets are a fiver on Eventbrite.ie or cash at the door.
