A Cork artist helped create this year’s most covetable Irish-made Easter egg

It’s almost too pretty to unwrap. Almost.
Cork artist Shane O’Driscoll has teamed up with Clo Chocolates in Sligo to create two eye-catching Easter eggs that are as much a piece of art as they are a seasonal treat.
The limited-edition Clo Chocolates x Shane O’Driscoll Atlantic Easter Eggs are handcrafted in the west of Ireland and come in a choice of rich 71% dark chocolate or smooth 33% milk chocolate. Inside, you’ll find the brand’s signature Atlantic praline, paired with Sligo-made Knocknarea honey and award-winning Donegal sea salt — a flavour combination that proudly champions producers along the Wild Atlantic Way.
Announcing the collaboration, the team said: “We want to celebrate the best of the Wild Atlantic Way’s suppliers and artists, so this year we are showing you why West is Best!”

The artistry doesn’t stop at the chocolate itself. Shane’s bespoke box artwork has also been transformed into a one-of-a-kind postcard keepsake. Every customer will receive one with their order — either personalised with a note at checkout for gifting, or kept as a collectible piece of artwork in its own right.
Beautiful on the outside, delicious on the inside — and rooted firmly in the west — this is one Easter egg that delivers on all fronts.
