Mum Talks is bringing three top-notch speakers to a Cork coffee shop

Being a parent is a wild ride.
Getting the right advice can make all the difference to those everyday ups and downs and now there’s a laid-back morning event where you’ll connect with other mums, share experiences, and learn from each other.
Mum Talks Cork is hosting its first event this week on Tuesday, November 25th at Beantown Cafe, Grange (10am). Three fantastic speakers are lined up; Lucy Wolfe (Sleep Consultant,) Loretta Kennedy (Life and Empowerment Coach) and Louise Lotty (Luna Birth Services.)
At Mum Talks, you’ll hear inspiring stories from other mums, gain valuable insights, and get practical tips on various topics. Plus, there will be plenty of time to mingle, make new friends, and enjoy some well-deserved time focused on you.
Inspiring conversations
“Loretta Kennedy is a life and empowerment coach, mother of three, and founder of MamaBear Foods, which she successfully sold to Ballymaloe Foods in 2024.” they told us.
“After overcoming a brain tumour diagnosis that same year, Loretta now dedicates her work to helping others live with courage, clarity, and purpose.”
Lucy Wolfe is a renowned sleep consultant, relationship mentor, and author with nearly two decades of experience supporting families through her evidence-based, child-focused sleep solutions, while Louise Lotty, founder of Luna Birth Services, offers premium in-person hypnobirthing courses across Cork and Kerry.
Along with a relaxing morning of inspiring conversation, included in your ticket price will be tea or coffee and a simple breakfast including pastries and yoghurt granola pots.
