The Mince Pie Project will deliver the best mince pies directly to your door

This is our kind of fundraiser.
If you like mince pies and giving back to important charities at Christmas time, The Mince Pie Project is here to tick both of those boxes for you.
Hilary Quinn, senior pastry chef in Ballymaloe House, is back for the third year of the Project, run in memory of the late Hazel Allen, and this year promises to be bigger and better than ever, raising much needed money for Marymount Hospice in Cork through sales of her handcrafted, luxury mince pies.

The idea is simple: You can order boxes of Hilary’s delectable mince pies online to be delivered nationwide and €1 from every mince pie sold is donated to the charity in December. This year’s almighty charity bake sale has an ambitious target of donating €2,000.
Made with the finest dried vine fruits, Ballymaloe orchard apples, the best spices from Green Saffron, plenty of citrus and oh-so-delicious beef suet from Frank Murphy’s butchers in Midleton, these classic mince pies are all wrapped up in a signature flaky pie crust.
Hilary will be at the Ballymaloe Craft Fair selling her mince pies on Sunday, November 23rd. If you can’t make it then, online sales open on Monday November 24th for preorder for nationwide delivery, with orders being dispatched on Monday December 8th.
Much tastier than a Christmas card and a lot more fun to find on your doorstep.
