Try these outrageous gourmet doughnuts at a one-day-only Cork pop-up

You haven’t had a doughnut ’til you’ve tried one of these.
Baker Hilary Quinn is bringing her famous gourmet filled doughnuts to Ballymaloe Cookery School in Shanagarry, East Cork for a one-morning pop-up on Saturday, October 18th.
A pastry chef at Ballymaloe House, and a finalist in the Euro-Toques Rising Pastry Chef competition, Hilary was responsible for starting the doughnut craze in Dublin all those years ago with Dublin Doughnut Co. Ms Quinn was also behind the scenes in No Messin’ Bakery for three years, creating the now famous Cardi Bs and other delights.

Some old classics will be making a reappearance at this event, including – miso caramel and apple crumble. You can swing by and fill your boots from 11am until they run out.
