The latest instalment from The Tiger Balm Club, a rather good collab between chef Mark Ahern and food influencer Sunshine Primo, Big Flavour, Small Plates, Natural Wines is set to deliver exactly what is says on the tin.
Popping up at O’Mahony’s of Watergrasshill (nominated in the ‘Best casual dining ‘ category in the Restaurant of the Year Awards this week, FYI) this three-nights-only affair will run on Thursday, September 25th, Friday, September 26th, and Saturday, September 27th, promising “all killer, no filler: hot snacks, spicy plates, big flavours.”

Natural wines will be carefully chosen by Brians Wines, with some Asian twist cocktails by John Coleman. It’s the ideal way to kick off the autumn the way we plan to continue.
