This Saturday, July 26th, two Irish makers with a shared passion for flavour, story, and craftsmanship will come together for a one-night-only experience: The Collector x Bean and Goose: An Evening of Chocolate & Cocktails.
Hosted in the intimate setting of The Collector in Kinsale, this exclusive event pairs three artisan cocktails with three of Bean and Goose’s chocolate flavours. Each pairing is designed to spark conversation and uncover the stories behind both crafts, from cacao origins to cocktail design.
Guests can expect three curated, seasonal cocktails created by Shannon of The Collector, three Irish chocolate pairings from Wexford-based chocolatiers Bean and Goose, a guided tasting and storytelling journey.

It all happens at The Collector, Kinsale on Friday, July 26th, with two sessions; one at at 7.30pm and one at 9pm selling out fast. Tickets are €45 and available now here.
