The Paloma cocktail—meaning “the dove” in Spanish—is considered Mexico’s national drink. It was first created nearly 40 years ago at the famous La Capilla bar in Tequila, Jalisco, by owner, Don Javier. Today, the Paloma accounts for more than 70% of all tequila-based cocktails consumed in Mexico.
“Join us for a fun and creative experience where you’ll get to mould and paint beautiful clay Palomas and create a fabulous painting!” say the organisers, Paint and Prosecco.
Your €25 ticket includes all art supplies (air-dry clay, clay tools, apron, easel, paints, paintbrushes, and a canvas to take home), two delicious Three Cents Paloma cocktails, and step-by-step instruction with a local artist, with prizes to be won on the night too.
