Always hitting the same old spots for dinner?
Ballincollig folk have a new pop-up option on the cards later this month; the Good for the Soul café in the village is bringing back its popular Supper Club on Saturday, April 12th.
“It’s been far too long, but the Supper Club is finally making a return!” the GFTS crew announced on Instagram.
“Join us on Saturday, April 12th for an evening of great food, good company, and a few well-poured glasses. We’ve missed the buzz, the chatter, and the way a good meal brings people together.”
This menu is all about comfort with a touch of flair expect rich, melty Camembert, bold cauliflower, a showstopper sea bass, and a passion fruit posset to finish.

“To make it even better, expert wine pairings from Le Caveau Wine will be available to bring out the best in every dish.” they added.
