Camus Farm’s head chef is cooking a pop-up spring feast every weekend in March

Get your table booked, pronto.
Camus Farm’s celebrated chef Bob Cairns is on the move for the month of March, hosting a series of pop-ups in Ballydehob throughout the month.
Primavera: A Pop-Up at Kitchen Stories will see Bob serve a set four-course dinner in celebration of spring this Saturday and then every weekend in March thereafter before he heads back to Clonakilty to get ready for the busy summer season at Camus Farm, where all the produce used in their delicious menus is grown on-site.
Bob is known for creating vegan and vegetarian dishes that are just as magical as the meaty options, so whatever you’re preference, there’ll be something to delight all diners.

“There’ll be a few of the Camus Farm Field Kitchen classics and a few new dishes. An exciting time to be cooking with the beginnings of Lisheen Greens’ wonderful asparagus plus the arrival of wild garlic and rhubarb.”
