Good News: Now you can get a Ruairi’s Kitchen toastie on a Saturday

It’s the kind of food the weekend is made for.
A big, fat, melty, cheesy toastie and an even bigger coffee to wash it all down and warm you up from the inside.
At Ruairí’s Kitchen up on High Street in the old post office, they make their artisan special toastie with home baked ham, Coolea Cheese and Folláin Red Onion Relish… and now you can grab one on a Saturday.

This week the busy café, which opened ten weeks ago, announced it’s extending its opening hours:
“Ask and you shall receive.” owner and star baker Ruairí Domican Byrne posted on social media.
“Updated opening hours below where we will be now open Saturdays from 9am-4pm for sandwiches, coffees and lots of sweet treats.”

Whether you’re craving a mid-morning pick-me-up or a whopper sambo, Ruairí’s Kitchen will be stocked with freshly baked muffins, melt-in-your-mouth cookies, and an ever-changing selection of seasonal specials.
“Be sure to get in early because when they are gone they are gone.” he added.
