Two great Cork cafés have teamed up to host a Coffee Morning for Gaza

Medicine, food and fuel are in short supply.
As winter closes in, the situation facing people in Gaza has been described as “catastrophic”, the genocide continues and there is no end in sight.
Next week, two Cork cafés are joining forces to raise money for families trying to survive the coming months after being forced to flee their homes in the war.
Diva Boutique Bakery in Ballinspittle and Bean and Berry on Garrettstown Beach will be serving coffee on Tuesday, December 10th from 10am to 1pm with all proceeds going to the cause.
According to the latest figures released by the UN, almost all of Gaza’s 2.3 million population has been displaced. Nine in ten of displaced people are sheltering in tents and facing a harsh winter.
If you’re in the neighbourhood, or fancy a spin to the seaside, these coffee mornings are as good an excuse as any to make one of your pre-Christmas catch-ups matter.
