Now the enterprising duo behind new company Pop Events Cork have announced details of their second fun event in Clonakilty.

Elaine Kirby and Emma O’Sullivan have been putting together rollicking shindigs in their neck of the woods, with plenty more planned for the rest of the summer. A Bottomless Brunch is now open for booking on Saturday, July 20th at The Store at the popular Sugán restaurant in the West Cork town.

Guests at the event, which runs from noon until 1.30pm will see guests treated to 90 minutes of unlimited Prosecco, mimosas or wine alongside one main course brunch dish of their choice.

“Myself and Emma have been best friends since school,” Elaine, who recently moved home to West Cork after more than a decade in London, told Yay Cork.

“Emma lived in Australia for a few years and has now moved home and married and lives in Courtmacsherry. We both wanted to start a business together and decided on Pop Events. We have hosted our first one in Arís in Clonakilty and it was a huge success.”

The pair plan to host at least one pop-up event monthly and will also cater to hen parties, private parties and baby showers.
