Sing Along Social is back in Cork for Paddy’s Day (with an epic ‘scorned women’ playlist)

You’ll be hoarse for weeks.
The Sing Along Social is back in Cork over the Paddy’s Day weekend, with an iconic Brigid takeover at The Pav on Carey’s Lane on Friday, March 15th.
In case you’re unfamiliar, SAS is a singing party for people who can’t sing, sort of like a huge group karaoke: “It’s about caterwauling along to your favourite cheesy pop songs in the company of friends and strangers.
“We give prizes to the best worst singers and the most enthusiastic dancers,” they told us.
“Expect all your favourite cheesy Irish pop songs plus a nod to Brigid with our very favourite scorned women playlist. Think The Corrs meets Alanis, B*Witched multiplied by Meredith Brooks, and Westlife combined with Enya.”
Sounds like the absolute craic TBH.
Doors open at 7pm and you’ll be singing by 8pm until 10.30pm. Tickets are €15 (plus booking fee) over here.
