This cute Bantry wine bar is hosting a pop-up tattoo studio

Sip some wine and get inked.
Popular city-based tattoo shop, The Black Poppy is holding a special pop-up at Bantry hotspot, West Café Wine Bar.
Owners Chris Heinhold and Emer Kelly are turning their gorgeous little vibey bar on High Street in the West Cork town into a wine-sipping, tattoo-getting experience on Sunday, February 18th.
From 4pm onward, The Black Poppy Goes West pop-up will fuse ink and vino. Tats will range from €80 to €120, arms and legs only, on a first-come first-served basis. The price includes aftercare and a little gift. Flash sheets will be released a few days before the event, and for fans of West Café Wine Bar, the logo will also be available for tattooing.

As guests peruse the flash designs, there will be a specially crafted menu of delectable small plates and tantalising drinks to choose from.
Chris and Emer, inspired by their love for The Black Poppy and a similar event the tattoo parlour ran at The Arch in Cobh, told Yay Cork they are thrilled to host this rendezvous.
“We are so delighted to have them come down to us,” they said.
Mark your calendar, Bantry pals!
