Ready to kick it up a notch?

If your fitness routine could do with a little 2022 upgrade, now there’s a way to try out one of the newest classes in Cork for free.

To celebrate the launch of their new studio at The Elysian, F45 Training, co-owned by rugby star Peter Stringer and golfer Peter O’Keeffe, will be hosting two free workout sessions from 10am to 12pm at The Marina Market every Saturday in February.

Part of a booming Australian franchise, the studio’s high-intensity group workouts are fast, fun, and results-driven, combining circuit and HIIT training in a 45-minute class that torches up to 750 calories.

At that rate, it’d be rude not to hang around for a Guji mocha afterward.

You can nab a free place in the F45 Training class on February 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th, 2022 via the booking link here.
