It’s finally happening.
Just when you thought the weekend would involve yet another party on your back patio, one of the best alfresco brunch and lunch spots in Cork has announced they are reopening.
The River Club at The River Lee Hotel is back this Thursday, July 16th… and they’re celebrating their much-anticipated return with free Irish Scúp Gelato and Dingle Gin & Tonics!
Yes, you are reading that correctly: The River Club will be serving free gelato to passers-by from their fabulous branded bike throughout the day. And as an additional thank you to their loyal customers, each booking made for the 16th will be accompanied by a complimentary Dingle Gin cocktail – cheers!
Those already in the know will be delighted to see familiar brunch favourites with a local spin on the menu, like Eggs Royale served with Ballycotton smoked salmon, or for dinner, the famous Dover Sole served with a decadent lemon and caper butter sauce and fondant potato.
The River Club will be serving Brunch and Lunch from 12pm – 4pm and Dinner from 5pm – 10pm every day, alongside their impressive selection of classic cocktails with a Cork accent.
There’s never been a better time to grab a spot in the stunning surrounds of the Terrace and toast to long-overdue catch-ups with friends.
