Met Éireann has some good news to follow tonight’s ‘murky and misty’ forecast

It’s been a dull and drizzly start to the week.
But Met Éireann has some better news in store for the coming days, even if we’ll have to navigate the odd shower in between decent spells of summer weather.
We can expect “a murky and misty night” tonight, with some patchy drizzle and lowest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees.
Tomorrow will be mostly dry and cloudy to start with some lingering patches of drizzle but sunny spells will develop later, with balmy temperatures of up to 22 degrees – not bad.
The best day of the week looks like it could be Thursday, which will be warm with sunny spells and temperatures of between 20 to 25 degrees, although the odd shower is likely.
Heavy rain is forecast for Thursday night and it looks like we’re in for a wet weekend too, although temperatures will remain between 18 and 23C.
If you need to use up some holiday days at work, next week is a better bet; “Current indications are that the start of next week will be more settled with mostly dry conditions.” say forecasters.
