The shepherd’s pie can wait until Thursday.

If ever there was an excuse to throw caution to the wind and head out for a midweek pint, this is it: La Tana pizzeria is offering a 50% discount on any pizzas delivered to Mr Bradleys on Barrack Street or The Abbey Tavern on Gillabbey Street today and tomorrow.

The offer, which celebrates La Tana’s ongoing foodie relationship with the two bars, continues until Wednesday, November 6th.

That means you can sink your teeth into one of their famous 12-inch Four Cheeses (gorgonzola blue cheese, fontina, mozzarella and parmesan) or a De Pastore (aubergines, goats cheese, mixed mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and basil pesto) for a bargain €8.

Just pop in, find a cosy candle-lit table near the roaring fire, order a drink and wait for your pie to arrive. After Wednesday you’ll still be able to order La Tana’s delicious pizzas to both venues but they’ll be the usual price.

Do yourself a favour and order their chips too, they’re unreal.
